Harassment, abuse, or threatening language
Fake profiles or catfishing
Explicit or inappropriate content
Underage users - strictly 18+ only
Solicitation of any kind
Sharing personal contact info publicly

Profile Moderation

Photos are reviewed by AI and human moderators.

Inappropriate content is removed immediately.

Repeat offenders are permanently banned.

Account Actions

Violations may result in warnings or bans.

Appeals are reviewed by our team.

Severe violations result in permanent bans.

Privacy & Data

What We Store

  • Your profile information
  • Verification status (not raw images)
  • Messages for conversation continuity
  • Credit transaction history

What We Don't Store

  • Raw selfie or ID images (deleted after verification)
  • Location beyond city level
  • Payment card details
  • Anything you delete

You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time in Settings. We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
